By commissioning me, you are agreeing to follow these terms.
Please read carefully before placing an order!!

GENERAL
• AI / NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI related stuff.
• I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
• Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• All payments are done after the clothings are finished, To obtain the files of the clothing you have to pay and ill send in the files.
• Commissions may take up to 1-2 weeks depending on complexity, queue, health, school, or personal matters.
• I will keep you updated if delays occur.
• If you wish to skip the queue and be prioritized, the fee will be $5 USD. You must directly message me or state this in the request if you wish for a Rush Fee.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
I may use the artwork to:
• Promote myself and my services
• Post on social media and in my portfolio
COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You may:
• Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased)
• Post it on social media with credit to me.
You may NOT:
• Use the artwork commercially without my knowledge
• Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me
• Remove signatures or watermarks
• Modify the artwork without my consent
